This page of the website is where we’ll keep you up-to-date with what’s happening for the 2020/2021 season in light of the Coronavirus Pandemic. We will be following guidance from England Hockey and the relevant local authorities, and will post any updates on here.

Keep coming back here to find updates and to complete necessary forms (like attendance registers) when we are able to start playing again.

A message from England Hockey

As we move closer towards Step 5 of Return to Play, it has been great to hear of the excitement building across the country. We know the forthcoming season will see a ‘new normal’ but we can continue to be able to play hockey if we all follow the Return to Play guidelines, keeping us as safe as possible.

It’s your responsibility to understand and adhere to the Return to Play Guidance to keep yourself, teammates and others safe.

If anything is unclear or you have a concern speak to your club’s Covid Officer and we wish you an enjoyable and safe return to hockey.

What is the ‘New Normal’?

More than 135,000 players have signed the Participation Agreement enabling them to play, demonstrating they are eager to be back on a hockey pitch.

As such we want to share a reminder of some of the key differences as to what the new normal looks like for matches and training – take a look at the infographic to the right.

Please take time to read guidance on the England Hockey website, and watch the guidance video.
